Abstract 

The diversity and problems of rural study areas specific to the geography of Turkey lead different fields of expertise to work together. In this sense, potholes are becoming a more and more current problem area. Obruk Plateau is a very interesting place in terms of smart and sustainable rural settlements as well as remote sensing and photogrammetry areas due to the collapsed areas that have become evident in recent years. A hazard mapping is urgently needed. In addition, a region-specific disaster early warning system should be designed. Regional planning need to be updated with new researches. It is clear that the traditional excessive use of agricultural water is a source of problems in the region, and this situation should be reconsidered and smart rural sustainability should be ensured. Otherwise, there will be serious losses in the productivity of the region, which is counted as a granary. The main purpose of the study will be to provide support for smart and sustainable rural settlements in the future, which will allow interdisciplinary issues and collaborations on the problem areas of the type.

AKILLI ve SÜRDÜRÜLEBİLİR KIRSAL YERLEŞİMLER SINAVI - OBRUK PLATOSU

Özet 

Türkiye coğrafyasına özgü kırsal çalışma alanlarının çeşitliliği ve sorunları farklı uzmanlık alanlarını da bir arada çalışmaya yöneltmektedir. Obruklar da bu anlamda giderek daha güncel bir sorun alanı oluşturmaktadır. Obruk Platosu, son yıllarda belirginleşen çöküntü alanlarından ötürü uzaktan algılama ve fotogrametri alanı kadar akıllı ve sürdürülebilir kırsal yerleşimler açısından da oldukça ilgi çekici bir yerdir. Acilen bir tehlike haritalaması yapılmalıdır. Ayrıca bölgeye özgü bir afet erken uyarı sistemi tasarlanmalıdır. Bölge planlamasının yeni araştırmalarla güncellenmesi gerekmektedir. Geleneksel aşırı tarımsal su kullanımının da bölgede sorun kaynağı teşkil ettiği açıktır ve bu durumun da yeniden gözden geçirilerek akıllı kırsal sürdürülebilirliğin sağlanması gerekmektedir. Aksi halde tahıl ambarı olarak sayılan bölgenin verimliliğinde ciddi kayıplar yaşanacaktır. Çalışmanın asıl amacı yer verilen türde sorunlu alanlara dair disiplinler arası konulara ve işbirliklerine olanak tanıyacak şekilde gelecekte akıllı ve sürdürülebilir kırsal yerleşimlere yönelik bir destek sağlamak olacaktır.
